What does DP Care cost?
Nothing on top of the subscription. DP Care is part of the monthly price for what your system weighs — there is no separate hosting fee, maintenance fee or support contract.
Do improvements really reach features we already have?
Yes. Your system is assembled from the platform's building blocks rather than copied from them, so when a block is improved, the improvement reaches every system running it.
What is specific to your business stays as you decided it. What is shared keeps getting better underneath it.
Can an update break something we rely on?
Every change to the platform is tested against the systems it runs before it is released, and a release can be rolled back. If something you rely on behaves differently after an update, that is a fault for us to fix, not a change you have to accept.
Are new capabilities included too?
Improvements to the features you run are. A new capability you choose to add to your system is added to its weight, and the monthly price moves by exactly that much — the pricing page shows how.
What happens to DP Care if we leave?
It stops. You take the whole system with you, and from that day updates no longer arrive and hosting, operation and security become yours or another partner's.
