Status
Current platform status, planned maintenance and incident history.
Maintained manually and last reviewed 2 August 2026. Automated status reporting driven by live health checks is planned; this page is not a live feed and should not be treated as one.
Current status
| Service | Status | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Platform | Operational | Customer systems and the web application. |
| API | Operational | Programmatic access and integrations. |
| Platform database | Operational | Replica set healthy. |
| Transactional email | Operational | Outbound delivery via AWS SES. |
| Backups | Operational | Daily schedule running. |
Scheduled maintenance
No maintenance is currently scheduled. Work that would interrupt your system is agreed with you in advance rather than announced here and carried out regardless.
Incident history
No customer-affecting incidents have been recorded since this page was published on 2 August 2026.
This history begins on that date. It is not a claim about the period before it, and presenting an empty list as a track record would be exactly the kind of statement this Trust Center exists to avoid.
About this page
How will we hear about an incident affecting us?
By direct contact to the people you have named for it. That is the notification mechanism, and it does not depend on you watching this page.
You will be contacted while an incident is ongoing rather than only after it is resolved, and told what it affects and what you need to do — including when the answer is nothing.
Can we subscribe to status updates?
Planned: email subscription and an RSS feed for this page. Neither exists today, and there is no signup form here because a form that collected addresses it could not yet notify would be worse than none.
In the meantime, tell us who should be contacted about incidents affecting your system and we will add them to the notification list. Send the names to info@digitalplattform.se.
Why is there no uptime percentage?
Because we do not measure one. Publishing a figure requires a definition of availability, an agreed measurement point and a record going back far enough to mean something. We have none of those written down.
Planned: measured availability reporting. Until that exists, a number here would be a guess dressed as a metric.
Do you offer an SLA?
Service levels are part of a commercial agreement rather than a published figure, and what can be committed to depends on what your system requires. Raise it during contract discussion and it will be answered specifically rather than with a percentage from a marketing page.
How is this page kept current?
It is updated by the team when status changes and reviewed alongside the rest of the Trust Center. The review date at the top of the page is what tells you how much to trust it — if that date is old, treat the page as stale and contact us instead.
Who should we contact during an incident?
Send us the names and addresses that should hear from us first. Direct contact is how notification works today.
